How it works

From a website event to an alert you can act on.

Notificator listens for events you choose, turns their useful details into a readable message, and delivers that message only where you want it.

The workflow

Set it up clearly, then let it run.

Every notification follows the same understandable path, whether it begins with a WordPress hook or a Strapi content lifecycle event.

  1. Choose an event source

Discover WordPress hooks and templates, or build a Strapi lifecycle rule around an application content type.

WordPress is stable; the Strapi extension is currently a preview.
  2. Choose what matters

Select an event, give the notification a clear name, and use the available event details to write a message that makes sense.

Conditions and throttling help prevent noisy or repetitive alerts.
  3. Select the destinations

Keep activity in WordPress or Strapi, send it through the mobile app, enable account email alerts, or route it to compatible MQTT devices.

Each notification can use the delivery channels that suit that event.
  4. Review, refine, and reuse

Use local activity to understand what fired and how it was delivered, then refine or disable the rule when your workflow changes.

Platform-specific tools stay separate while connected destinations remain shared.

Local first

Start without creating an account.

WordPress dashboard alerts and the Strapi activity log can stay local. Add a Notificator account only when you want an event to reach the inbox, phone, email, or a connected device.

No API key for local alertsDashboard notifications work as soon as an event is configured.

Delivery is selected per notificationUse local, mobile, and device delivery independently.
