Firmware web installer

Turn compatible hardware into a Notificator.

Connect a supported ESP32 device over USB, choose the matching firmware, and install it from your browser. You do not need Arduino IDE or a local toolchain.

Install in two steps

Choose the hardware, then connect it.

The available choices come directly from the official firmware repository. The installer checks the connected chip family before writing the complete factory image.

Step 2

Connect and install

Open this page in Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer to access USB.

The installer needs a secure HTTPS connection.
A web installation starts clean.

Existing Wi-Fi and MQTT settings will be erased and must be entered again after restart.

After installation

Set it up once, then update securely.

The first boot opens the local setup portal for Wi-Fi and your user-owned HiveMQ Cloud connection. Future official releases can normally be installed through the firmware’s signed OTA flow.
